Job summary

The Union League Boys & Girls Club is seeking a Club Coordinator to oversee day-to-day youth development and staff procedures, plan activities, train staff, and support recruitment and retention efforts while ensuring safety and engagement.

You will collaborate with community partners, supervise Youth Development Specialists, coordinate field trips and events, and generate program reports including BGCA metrics to meet grant deliverables.

• Experience coordinating youth activities and events

Responsibilities

• Design and implement programs for youth members
• Plan field trips
• Coordinate special events
• Assist volunteers when assigned
• Responsible for program reports, particularly BGCA reporting
• Evaluate program staff on a regular basis
• Ensure Club Attendance goals are on target by working with schools and community events
• Ensure staff staffing for Youth Development areas
• Ensure youth safety and engagement
• Collaborate with community partners
• Collect outcome measurements for grant deliverables
• Direct supervision of Youth Development Specialists
• Provide materials for Youth Development staff
• Ensure program areas are cleaned and organized daily
• Staff supervision and data entry duties
• Chaperone for field trips
