Job summary

Alpha seeks a Youth Development Specialist for our Tulsa, OK campus. You will lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students, guiding them through public speaking, focus, and feedback while using Coachbot analytics to drive motivation.

You will conduct 1:1 and small-group sessions to push students to 100% of weekly goals, administer mastery assessments, and adapt content for diverse ages. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or related roles.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work in person at a campus in the listed locations.
• Comfort with letting AI-delivered instruction coexist with coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions to hit weekly app goals.
• Administer Test2Pass mastery assessments and re-coach until mastered.
• Adapt workshop playbooks and create new sessions for various ages.
• Be the standard-bearing adult and the trusted person for students.
