Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Specialist to run dynamic life-skills workshops for K-8 students and coach them using Coachbot analytics. You will foster communication, resilience, and leadership while tracking progress toward ambitious weekly goals.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with youth, and the ability to motivate students. Relocation and day-one benefits are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems to reach weekly goals.
• Assess life skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is demonstrated.
• Adapt coaching across elementary and middle school students to meet diverse needs.
• Analyze weekly performance data to identify patterns and improve outcomes for the cohort.
