Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field, with 2 years relevant experience.
• Meets requirements under 10A NCAC 27G.0104 as Qualified Professional for Mental Health.
• 2 years documented experience with children, adolescents, and families.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate group discussions, meetings, and workshops for K-12 students.
• Provide school-based interventions to support family goals.
• Develop and monitor Person-Centered Plans (PCP) and revisions.
• Document weekly service notes and maintain confidentiality.
• Report incidents of suspected abuse to authorities as required.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and other staff on de-escalation and mediation.
• Prepare materials for meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid regulations and agency policies.
