Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Human Service Worker for the CY-FAST team in Provo, Utah. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and involves supporting children and youth with mental health challenges alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule: Mon-Sat, 2:00 PM-8:00 PM. Compensation: $17.50–$22.17/hour DOE and licensure. This position emphasizes respite services and collaboration with therapists and other professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and WBH hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and supervision to children and youth in CY-FAST services.
• Provide respite support, spending time with children and youth and giving families a break from caregiving.
• Participate in structured activities promoting social, emotional, and coping skills.
• Assist youth with behavioral or mental health challenges.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
• Observe and communicate changes in behavior, needs, or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, peer support specialists, and the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate information to the treatment team.
