Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of Job Corps experience or related youth development/residential/educational/workforce program required.
• Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• A valid in-state driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and structured dormitory environment.
• Supporting student growth, retention, achievement, and overall success.
• Supervising and leading residential staff to ensure quality student support.
• Building positive relationships with students while encouraging accountability and personal responsibility.
• Using sound judgment to resolve student and staff concerns professionally and effectively.
• Partnering with counseling staff to provide individualized case management and support student success.
• Promoting a positive residential culture where students feel respected, supported, and motivated.
• Conducting dorm inspections and ensuring compliance with center standards.
• Serving as a mentor who helps students develop life skills, leadership abilities, and confidence.
