Job summary

Revere Staffing Partners in San Jose, CA seeks a Youth Counselor to provide direct behavioral health services to youth and families across home, clinic, and field settings. The role includes individual therapy, case management, referrals, and care coordination with cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience with youth.
• Familiar with DSM-V diagnoses and trauma-informed care.
• Legal and ethical understanding for licensure boards.
• California driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling focused on cultural relevance.
• Facilitate community resource referrals and manage cases.
• Develop assessment and treatment plans.
• Complete documentation compliant with Medi-Cal and local standards.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and after-hours rotation.
• Maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification for licensed clinicians.
• Support Officer of the Day duties.
• Other related duties as assigned.
