Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience with youth.
• Familiar with DSM-V diagnoses and trauma-informed care.
• Legal and ethical understanding for licensure boards.
• California driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling focused on cultural relevance.
• Facilitate community resource referrals and manage cases.
• Develop assessment and treatment plans.
• Complete documentation compliant with Medi-Cal and local standards.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and after-hours rotation.
• Maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification for licensed clinicians.
• Support Officer of the Day duties.
• Other related duties as assigned.
