Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 semester hours in social services and 2+ years counseling experience.
• 2+ years experience working with youth and young adults.
• CPR/FA certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with culturally disadvantaged youth.

Responsibilities

• Manage counseling units to ensure needed counseling services are provided to trainees.
• Participate in center leadership and provide guidance to team members.
• Serve on a rotating basis as senior weekend duty officer; on‑call and report emergencies.
• Supervise staff, review timesheets, and arrange substitute coverage when needed.
• Develop and monitor counseling programs; oversee caseload management and documentation.
