Job summary

Pacific Clinics in California seeks a Program Supervisor to hire, develop, train, and manage program staff, ensuring quality services to youth and families through shadowing and coaching.

You will coordinate daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with clinical teams to align treatment plans with family needs; may meet clients in the field and may have productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus one or more year's relevant experience in social or mental health services delivery or residential care supervision.
• Bilingual skills may be required by some programs and/or areas served.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, train, and manage program staff, including coaching, performance management, and terminations.
• Oversee and support implementation of treatment plans.
• Ensure family voice and culturally responsive services for internal and external customers.
• Consult with clinical and medical staff about treatment plans, youth and family needs.
• Complete all required documentation and ensure reporting accuracy by staff.
• Support staff in following risk management and incident reporting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policy, licensing, IT, HR, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor outcomes and satisfaction for youth, families, and referring agencies.
• Partner with county departments and community to ensure comprehensive care.
