Clarvida is hiring a Community Integration Specialist for the Catalyst Program in San Diego, CA. In this full-time role you will deliver direct services to Transitional Age Youth (ages 16–25) experiencing homelessness or at risk, coordinate participant needs, and support recovery and wellness goals within a collaborative, recovery‑oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; youth-work experience preferred.
• Must be able to transport participants using a personal vehicle.
• Experience with youth in employment/volunteer settings preferred.

• Provide direct services to participants and coordinate needs on caseload.
• Identify and build upon strengths of participants, coworkers, and communities.
• Support participants' recovery and wellness goals.
• Mentor participants in communication, problem-solving, stress management, and life skills.
• Assist participants in contacting and utilizing community resources.
• Transport participants to community resources (personal vehicle required).
• Participate in development of wellness and recovery plans.
