Clarvida is seeking a Parent Partner to support families in the High Fidelity Wraparound Program in Santa Ana, CA. You will use lived experience to build trust, promote resilience, and help clients meet personal goals within a team-based care model.

You will navigate systems of care, connect with resources, and support self-advocacy while ensuring HIPAA compliance and ongoing professional development. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lived experience with behavioral health services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of education required.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized peer support services to children, youth, and families.
• Build trusting relationships through shared lived experience and mentorship.
• Engage clients in behavioral health services and community activities.
• Identify strengths, goals, and personal recovery strategies with clients.
• Promote self-advocacy and independent decision-making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Help clients access community resources and housing/education supports.
• Participate in treatment planning and team meetings as appropriate.
• Document services per program requirements and HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide transportation assistance and accompany clients to appointments.
