Job summary

Service Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a part-time Youth Community Coordinator to work on service goals with at-risk or displaced youth up to 17 years old.

The role acts as a liaison between foster parents, staff, and the community team, coordinating schedules and providing crisis support in various settings including office and community locations around Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of direct work with youth or social

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience with youth or social services.
• Clear criminal history and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules between youth, foster parents, staff and community team.
• Lead and train other staff.
• Provide crisis support and coordinate community engagements.
• Work in office in Vancouver, WA and up to 75 miles away in community and home settings when supporting staff.
