Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coach ages 15 months–11 years with the current week's programming; explain the curriculum to parents.
• Create positive, dynamic interactions with students and families before, during, and after class.
• Record attendance, awards, and progress in the KS Coach App.
• Read and react to the daily Shift Operations Report (SOR) and post AARs as assigned.
• Maintain daily and weekly cleaning and equipment checklists.
• Communicate professionally in Slack; check messages before shifts.
• Complete KidStrong University modules before training and on an ongoing basis.
• Coach special events when scheduled.
