Job summary

KidStrong Arrowhead (AZ) seeks energetic coaches to lead 45-minute, science-based classes for kids aged 15 months to 11 years. You will work with a Point Coach and Rover Coach, delivering engaging activities that build brain, body, and character while ensuring safety and inclusion.

Applicants should be passionate about kids, reliable, and comfortable communicating with families. Training, CPR certification, and KidStrong Coach Certification are required or pursued after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids is essential.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable, on time, and a self-starter.
• Comfortable speaking with families and handling daily admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach ages 15 months–11 years with current week's programming.
• Create positive interactions and maintain a fun, motivational demeanor.
• Record attendance, awards, and progress in the KS Coach App.
• Read shift reports and post AARs as assigned.
• Maintain daily/weekly cleaning and equipment checks.
• Communicate professionally in Slack and with families.
• Lead/co-teach special events when scheduled.
