Job summary

KidStrong is seeking energetic coaches to lead engaging activities for children from crawling age to 11 years old. You will guide our curriculum, create positive experiences for families, and support growth in a dynamic, community-focused setting.

As a Coach, you’ll earn certification through ongoing training, maintain high energy in every class, and participate in events like camps and movie nights. Part-time shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Strong communication with parents/guardians is required.
• High energy and engaging presence in every class.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, high-energy classes that support children’s growth.
• Earn and maintain KidStrong Coach Certification through training.
• Create positive experiences for families before, during, and after class.
• Keep classes running smoothly and on schedule.
• Coach classes, camps, movie nights and other center events as needed.
