Job Summary: Are you a people-focused leader who loves developing others, building relationships, and helping young people reach their potential?

This is an opportunity to bring your experienced leadership to a mission that matters—supporting your team, strengthening community connections, and helping young people explore what’s possible.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, Coach & Develop Your Team

  • Coach and mentor employees through regular one-on-one meetings, development plans, and meaningful feedback.
  • Manage staffing schedules, timekeeping, budgets, and daily operational priorities.

Keep the Clubhouse Running

  • Manage the operating budget and on-site cash procedures.
  • Maintain accurate membership records, participation data, and program reporting.
  • Ensure organizational policies, safety procedures, and emergency response plans are followed.
  • Support the Assistant Site Manager in addressing member needs and maintaining consistent Club expectations.

Champion Positive Youth Development

  • Build positive relationships with members and families while helping staff respond to behavioral challenges with empathy, consistency, and a strength-based approach.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every young person feels supported and valued.
  • Lead membership outreach and recruitment while helping shape engaging programming, including opportunities for teens.
  • Partner with staff, families, and community resources to support young people’s success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervising staff and supporting recruitment and retention.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with youth, families, and staff.
  • Experience using strength-based strategies to support positive youth behavior and development.
  • Working knowledge of budgeting, financial controls, and resource management.
  • Cultural competency and familiarity with community organizations and support resources.
  • The ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage competing priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience developing and implementing youth guidance and development programs.
  • Bilingual abilities

Why You'll Love Working With Us:
