Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a part-time Youth Development Professional – Gym to create and supervise grant-aligned sports and physical activity programs for Boys & Girls Clubs. You will design engaging activities in gym, field, and outdoor spaces, ensuring safety, inclusivity, and youth voice while fostering teamwork and leadership.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, some college preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age; some college education preferred in related fields.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable.
• Experience with youth in sports, recreation, or physical activity settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, grant-aligned sports and recreation programs.
• Facilitate programming in gym, field, playground, multipurpose rooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Track attendance, participation, and outcomes as required.
• Collaborate with Club leadership, families, and community partners.
