Job summary

The Campaign Finance Board is seeking two College Aides to assist with youth civic education and engagement initiatives. You will help develop and deliver educational programming and support youth-focused events and partnerships, both internally and with external partners.

You will also assist the Community Engagement team with building internal systems, maintaining databases, organizing outreach efforts, and supporting data entry. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school.
• For Assignment Level II/III, coursework in information technology, computer science, MIS, data processing or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering educational programming for youth.
• Lead NYC Votes workshops for high school and college students.
• Represent CFB and NYC Votes at events, in-person and virtual.
• Register voters and provide non-partisan election information.
• Support data entry and maintain databases and outreach records.
