Job summary

Campaign Finance Board in New York City seeks a skilled graphic designer for the Marketing and Digital Communications Unit. You will create print and digital materials to boost civic participation and ensure accessibility across multilingual audiences.

The role reports to the Senior Art Director and requires a portfolio. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce engaging, accessible design for citywide campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, business or public administration, or related field.
  • Strong design background with typography, layout, color and accessibility knowledge.
  • Experience in multilingual design and working with external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Create informational and outreach materials for voter education and engagement.
  • Produce images, illustrations, and infographics for social media and website graphics.
  • Support QA and review of multilingual digital and out-of-home assets for GOTV campaigns.
  • Research industry trends and apply new design techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, business or public administration, computer science, economics, finance, statistics, graphic design, personnel or human resources administration, user experience design, or a closely related area of study
