The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least three years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and solid communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; three years of experience required, including one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Direct related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication, and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise senior officers, security guards, safety officer and drivers.
• Manage center security including safety, fire protection, security, and transportation per directives.
• Regularly assess and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students.
• Regularly inspect facility and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with center staff concerning security matters and conduct investigations.
• Maintain records for vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Ensure proper safety equipment and accident reporting information.
