Job summary

Insights Training Group, LLC is seeking a Security Supervisor for the Cincinnati Job Corps Center. You will manage planning, development, implementation, and oversight for safety, security and transportation programs to maintain a safe environment for staff, students and visitors.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree with security experience and supervisory background, plus existing drivers license; you'll coordinate with local authorities and lead safety drills and training across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with three years security experience with one year in a supervisory capacity preferably in a residential setting.
• Minimum three years’ security experience with a minimum of one year in youth programs or law enforcement.
• Valid State Drivers’ License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of students, staff, visitors and property.
• Provide direct oversight and supervision of safety, security and transportation.
• Ensure the enforcement of all laws, rules and policies within scope of authority.
• Liaise with local law enforcement, fire, and local code officials.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety, security and transportation plans and procedures.
• Coordinate the Center’s emergency preparedness plan.
• Conduct inspections and implement plans to abate hazards.
• Lead the Safety Committee and conduct safety drills.
• Investigate safety and security concerns and implement corrective action.
• Coordinate training of personnel in safety procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate center transportation needs.
