Job summary

Management & Training Corporation is hiring a supervisor to oversee senior officers, security guards, and drivers at the Centennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, ID. The role ensures safety, security, and transportation operations comply with guidelines while leading a dedicated team.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least three years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and solid communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; three years of experience required, including one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Direct related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication, and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage center security including safety, fire protection, security, and transportation per directives.
• Regularly assess and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students.

What you will be doing:

You’ll be responsible for the supervision of senior officers, security guards, safety offer and drivers. Responsible for the management of center security which includes safety, fire protection, security, and transportation in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Duties

• Regularly assess and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students, prepare audit and assessment reports.
• Regularly inspect facility, maintain quality standards.
• Provide fire protection. Conduct frequent fire drills and inspections of the facility.
• Coordinate with other center staff concerning security matters and conduct security related investigations. Ensure proper staff scheduling, vehicle dispatching and system evaluation to meet center requirements.
• Maintain accurate records to support vehicle usage, mileage, gas consumption, etc.
• Ensure the provision of proper safety equipment and accident reporting information.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and three (3) years experience required, one (1) of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
• Direct related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Experience & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff management required. Strong written communication and professional report-writing skills required. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, required. Experience with fleet management and vehicle operations preferred. Must be available for on‑call response outside of normal business hours, including emergencies and operational needs.
