Job summary

Insights Training Group LLC at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center seeks a results-oriented Safety, Security and Transportation Manager. You will design and oversee safety, security and transportation programs, enforce policies, and supervise security staff to maintain a safe environment for staff, students and visitors.

This role requires establishing procedures, coordinating with local authorities, conducting drills, and ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, DOL and Job Corps guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with three years security experience and one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Must be able to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and travel periodically.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local environmental, health and safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, security and transportation programs for the Center.
• Enforce all laws, rules and policies within authority and liaison with local officials.
• Develop, implement and maintain safety and security plans; coordinate drills.
• Schedule center transportation needs and maintain vehicle logs.
