Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced clinical leader to guide the CAT Team, overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.

This role includes supervising staff, providing clinical direction, and ensuring quality, coordinated services for youth and families. Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health such as Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Art Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Florida licensure eligibility; licensure as Registered Intern may be considered.
• Active Florida licensure in relevant boards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the CAT Team.
• Hire, train, supervise, support, and develop program staff with evaluations and coaching.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ensure person-centered care.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and promote cross-discipline collaboration.
• Direct admissions, assessments, treatment planning, and overall treatment process.
• Monitor clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ensure productivity, documentation, and program expectations are met.
• Provide direct clinical services when needed; support clients and families.
