  • Direct and coordinate client admissions, assessments, treatment planning, and the overall treatment process.
  • Monitor clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Ensure team members meet established productivity, documentation, and program expectations.
  • Provide direct clinical services when needed to support clients, families, and program operations.
  • Support the delivery of welcoming, individualized services for individuals with complex behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring needs.
  • Promote the use of motivational, stage-matched, family-centered, and evidence-informed interventions.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, law enforcement, human service agencies, referral sources, and other community partners serving youth and families.
  • Assist with monitoring and administering the program budget.
  • Complete required program reports and support compliance with contractual, organizational, and program requirements.
  • Support staff in obtaining required WRAP certification through LSF.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support program, department, and organizational goals.
What You'll Bring
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Art Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

  • Active Florida licensure through the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral health needs.
  • At least three years of experience working with individuals experiencing substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.
  • Experience with family systems therapy preferred.
  • Management or supervisory experience overseeing the work and development of others.
  • Strong understanding of the CAT model and its approach to serving youth and families.
  • Certified Addictions Professionals with a master's degree and five years of relevant experience, or master's-level candidates in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field with five years of experience working with the target population, may also be considered.
  • Proficiency with Excel and the ability to effectively utilize technology for documentation, reporting, communication, and program oversight.
  • Ability to type at least 27 words per minute on the prescreen assessment and achieve a minimum score of 65% on the general assessment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
