Job summary

Bridgeway Center, Inc. seeks a Community Action Treatment Team Practice Manager to supervise a multidisciplinary CAT Team providing intensive, community-based services to youth ages 11–21.

The role involves trauma-focused modalities (EMDR, DBT), crisis assessments, and direct clinical work, reporting to the DCCS and supporting service delivery across Fort Walton Beach and Crestview. The ideal candidate leads with compassion, coordinates with departments and external stakeholders, and ensures

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with active Florida license.
• Experience with Wraparound and CAT models.
• Ability to obtain NVCI and ARC certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to CAT Team members.
• Assist DCCS in crisis assessments and Baker Act initiation.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and deliver direct services.
• Monitor billing and ensure documentation complies with regulations.
