Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a CAT Team Clinician to deliver compassionate, person-centered therapy to children, adolescents, and families in homes, schools, and communities.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy within a supportive team framework. The role emphasizes independent field work with strong collaboration, documentation, and adherence to program requirements.

Formación

• Education in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing behavioral health, counseling, or therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Ability to work independently in community-based settings while remaining connected to the treatment team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide weekly individual therapy and monthly family therapy.
• Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners to coordinate care.
