Job summary

Peace River Center seeks a Program Manager to lead the Children's Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team, supervising a multidisciplinary group and providing clinical leadership. The role includes directing admissions, treatment planning, and budget management, while maintaining compliance with policies and safeguarding participant records.

The position requires a master's degree in a behavioral health field, 3+ years with children/youth behavioral health, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science (e.g., psychology, mental health counseling, social work, art therapy, or marriage and family therapy).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral health needs.
• Prefer 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Complete PRC required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CAT Team Lead and direct day-to-day clinical operations, scheduling staff and coordinating treatment plans.
• Direct participant admission process, treatment, and support services with the Psychiatrist/ARNP.
• Develop and administer CAT Team budget and supervise staff on medical records and documentation.
• Conduct periodic reviews of program services and documentation and develop policies and procedures.
• Maintain on-call crisis intervention duties and coordinate with agencies and community resources.
