Job summary

City of Indianapolis is seeking a FYI Center case manager to support resident oversight, conduct intakes, and develop safety and success plans. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in a child care setting, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to obtain CANS certification

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with overseeing residents and conducting intakes and safety/success planning.
• Respond to crises at the center and participate in stakeholder/leadership meetings.
• Complete incident reports and treatment plans; maintain confidentiality.
• Might need to become CANS certified within 3 months of employment.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and service providers; ensure timely data entry.
