Job summary

VisionQuest (VQ) in Fort Worth, TX seeks a compassionate Case Manager to serve youth and families in care. You will oversee all services in youth case plans, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with staff to ensure safe, effective support.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, DFPS licensing compliance, strong communication with families and providers, and the ability to document progress in narrative reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Child welfare and/or case management experience strongly encouraged.
• Minimum of one year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case services and evaluations per youth plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation to ensure DFPS and VisionQuest compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers for comprehensive care.
• Monitor youth program plans and progress; adjust as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of youth information and records.
