Job summary

Delta-T Group in Compton, CA is seeking a Case Manager for an independent contractor role with evening and weekend shifts. You will serve high‑risk youth, provide support with schoolwork, and monitor progress in a structured setting.

You will also help coordinate health documentation and safety procedures, including required medical and CPR/First Aid certifications. Applicants with prior records will be considered under applicable state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Providing services for high risk and at‑risk children and youth with severe behavior or mental health challenges.
• Engage with children or youth, assist with schoolwork, and inquire about the child’s life.
• Provide line of sight supervision without overwhelming the child/youth.
• Redirect negative and problematic behaviors.
• Produce current medical/health documents including physical examination, TB skin test, CPR and First Aid certification.
