Job summary

Delta-T Group in Compton, CA is seeking a Case Manager for an independent contractor role with evening and weekend shifts. You will serve high‑risk youth, provide support with schoolwork, and monitor progress in a structured setting.

You will also help coordinate health documentation and safety procedures, including required medical and CPR/First Aid certifications. Applicants with prior records will be considered under applicable state laws.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Responsible for providing services for high risk and at-risk children and youth with severe behavior and or mental health challenges

• Provide line of sight supervision, without overwhelming the child/youth
• Redirect negative and problematic behaviors
• Produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
