Job summary

Delta-T Group Detroit, Inc. is seeking Youth Care Workers in Detroit to support at-risk adolescents in structured daily activities. You will implement planned programs, assist with activities, and document observations for supervisory staff.

A background in human services is required, with a High School diploma or higher and the ability to obtain Child Abuse Clearance. This is offered as an Independent Contractor 1099 position with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have an appropriate educational background in human services.
• Ability to pass Child Abuse Clearance.
• Experience with at-risk adolescents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned programs and activities of the facility
• Assist with structured activities as assigned
• Observe adolescents and provide information to supervisory staff
• Monitor youth interactions and provide guidance for safety and treatment
