• CPR/First Aid, Crisis Intervention, Trauma-Informed Care, HIPAA, Mandated Reporting trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic case management services to adolescents and families.
• Coordinate medical care, treatment planning, and service delivery.
• Maintain medical records and coordinate routine appointments.
• Support ISP coordination and multidisciplinary teamwork.
