Sevita Indiana Mentor provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth, helping them gain stability and confidence. You’ll support participants with daily living activities and behavioural needs, while fostering meaningful community engagement and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support individuals who can have behavioural challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive home and community environment.
