Job summary

Indiana Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives. We are seeking a Program Services Clinical Coordinator to join our mission-driven team and make a difference in the lives of the youth and families we serve.

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will coordinate service development, review and implementation, oversee quality of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
One year of work-related experience with youth placed at-risk.
Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
Licensure and training as required by state (CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques).
Compassionate approach and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development, review and implementation of services and case management.
Oversee services, monitor quality of care, ensure contract and regulatory compliance.
Assist in developing quality services and engaging activities meeting individual needs.
Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.
