Indiana Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements or transitioning back to family or independent living. As a caregiver, you’ll help participants with personal hygiene, support those with behavioral challenges, and foster real relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Support participants in engaging with the community and favorite activities.
• Assist with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
