ExpertCare in Michigan seeks reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support, encouraging independence and helping with daily living skills.

You will work in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan, joining a team that values compassion, clear communication, and responsible care plans. Full and part-time opportunities available, with paid training and a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Compassionate and dependable caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 in-home care for recipients in their homes.
• Support and assist with skill-building activities.
• Encourage clients to participate in community activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
