Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will provide support, encouragement and help with skill-building activities to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and assisting with skill-building activities.
• Bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home environment.
