Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year experience in sales, marketing or counseling related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24.
• Current valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess graduates' placement readiness and provide referrals and support in line with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements.
• Ensure timely placement and retention of graduates and enrollees in quality jobs, military, or further training opportunities.
• Promote job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
