Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• One year experience in sales, marketing or counseling related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24.
• Current valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness, provide appropriate referrals and accompanying support services in accordance with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements.
• Ensures timely placement and retention of assigned graduates and former enrollees in quality jobs, the military, or further education and training opportunities.
• Promotes job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
