• Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness, provide referrals and accompanying support services per DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements.
• Ensure timely placement and retention of graduates in quality jobs, the military, or further education/training opportunities.
• Promote job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
