Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of youth-focused workforce development experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong internet and social media use.
- Excellent oral and written communication; proficient in MS Office and MIS.
- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience in K-12 school system preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with school staff to integrate career counseling into schedules.
- Provide direct services to students individually or in groups.
- Deliver career services to explore and pursue in-demand pathways.
- Link participants to resources and support services.
- Maintain regular contact with participants and monitor progress.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sessions with students, families, and partners.
