Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Youth Care Worker - Nights at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. You will provide 24-hour supervision to ensure youth safety and to support their growth. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, one year of experience with at-risk youth in a direct care position (or 60 college hours), and that you are at least 21.

• Monitor and document behaviors.
• Monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Youth Care Worker - Nights at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida.

Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure iscomprisedof multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-riskfemalesyouth aged 12-21. These programs provide servicesutilizingevidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Pay : Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

What you will do: As a Youth Care Worker - Nights, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to always ensure the safety of our Youth. Schedule: Our Night Coach counselor work a 12-hour workdays (Rotating Schedule).
