Job summary

Rite of Passage's Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, FL seeks a Youth Care Worker. You will provide 24/7 safety supervision, document student behaviors, and assist with educational and recreational activities, working with staff to meet each student’s treatment goals.

Must be 21+, with a HS Diploma/GED and 40 hours of college coursework or 1 year of youth experience in organized groups. Competitive hourly pay with a sign-on bonus and benefits await.

$19.00/hour– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

$1000 Sign on Bonus * $500 after 6 Months/ * $500 1 year

B Shift - Wednesday 4PM - 10PM, Thursday 8AM - 10PM (2hr break)
