Rite of Passage seeks a Youth Care Worker for Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, FL to provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for youth in our program. You’ll monitor behaviors and document activities, and support educational, social, athletic, and recreational tasks in collaboration with staff to meet each student’s treatment plan.

$19.00/hour– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

$1000 Sign on Bonus * $500 after 6 Months/ * $500 1 year

Successfully complete the Essential training and demonstrate required skills are eligible for a $1,000 incentive, must be completed within their first 90 days of employment.

• Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried)
• Choice of Supplemental benefits, including Short Term Disability and increased Life Insurance.
• Eligible for 100% 401k match of up to 6% of your salary after 1 year of employment.

As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
