Job summary

Methodist Home for Children Inc. in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Youth Care Worker for night shifts to support adolescents in our residential program. You will provide direct care, maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, and engage with youth and families to promote positive outcomes.

This part-time night position offers starting pay of $15/hour (experience-based) with shifts from 10pm to 7am. Applicants should be 21+, have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a flexible
