Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field as listed in job requirements.
• Or an associate’s degree with 4+ years of verified relevant experience as a QBA delivering direct services.
• At least 1 year experience with at-risk children/youth/families, two+ preferred.
• Background checks FBI/local must pass.
• Nevada driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Family Stabilization Services to children and teens in home and community.
• Use psychoeducation and family stabilization strategies to reduce crises and support health and safety.
• Attend Child and Family Team meetings, Direct Supervision, and Team Meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with Foster Parents, Case Managers, and team members.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation for each service.
• As openings arise, assist in Respite program and Safe at Home Team for broader experience.

Associate’s degree + 4+ years as Qualified Behavioral Aide
