Eagle Quest is seeking Home Support Specialists to work in group homes with foster youth in Las Vegas, NV. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time hourly positions across multiple shifts with competitive wages and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, crisis stabilization, in-home supports, safety, and documentation for Medicaid. Candidates must meet education requirements and pass FBI/Interstate background checks, plus obtain a Nevada driver’s license within 30

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass FBI and Interstate background checks (reimbursed after hire).
• Valid Nevada driver's license (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).

• Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid and internal reporting.
• Provide transportation for youth and assist with appointments.

The Home Support Specialist position is a direct care role in a group home setting, working with foster youth. Shifts Available: Morning | Swing | Graveyard

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Counseling, etc.)
  (Required to be considered a Qualified Mental Health Associate – QMHA)
• Minimum of one year of experience working with youth or in family preservation programs
  (Experience with higher level of care preferred)
